EMERGENCY REQUESTS FOR NIGERIAN PASSPORTS

The Mission does not encourage requests for re-issue of passports at short notices, prior to travel in order to avoid disappointment.

The Mission is equally aware that situations requiring urgent or immediate reissue of passports could not be totally avoided.

This will thus require that such requests be accorded priority consideration.

Applicants are hereby notified that where passports are to be issued instantly due to an emergency, a processing fee of $150 will now be charged, instead of the usual $95.
